I ordered this book specifically for the Eileen Wilks short story as is was not available at my local library. I really enjoy anthologies as they introduce me to new (to me) authors in a genre I am interested in. I am currently following Wilks' Lupi series so this short story was a winner for me. I also enjoyed the other stories as introductions to new authors and new series.

Was a great read she has never disappointed me
Bought for Christine Feehan's 'Magic in the Wind' it was actually Eileen Wilkes 'Only Human' that stole the show for me. Along with Fiona Brands 'After Midnight'!

Highly recommend you purchase.
Eileen Wilks is a Really fantastic author I read these books and re-read them! Love being lost in their world!
I got this book cause I knew there was an Eileen Wilks story in it about the Lupi, but it was a different take on the full length novel series and I don't think it's as good. In hindsight I wouldn't bother reading this story since "Tempting Danger" is a far better story about the same thing. You learn a little more about grandmother though, which is interesting.
I bought this novel to obtain the story "Magic in the Wind." The story is about the oldest Drake sister, Sarah and her encounter with her future husband Damon. I love the Drake sister novels, they are whimsical and have adventure, romance and have an element of fun. Don't be surprise when you sit there and laugh at the sister's antics. When you finish with the series, you will wish they never end.
I enjoyed each of the stories. I look forward to book following the story of the heroine of each story.
the drawing card for this one was Eileen Wilks, and this novella, short story, somewhere in between, is a forerunner for tempting danger but still a good read. the rest of them? meh. plenty of gratuitous sex which I don't have a problem w/ if it's done well. yeah, well not so much. didn't enhance the plot, what there was of them. but again, reading matter being subjective, imho, Ms. Wilks alone couldn't save the rest.
